看过一部电影，《Monalisa Smile（蒙娜丽莎的微笑）》。因为这部电影，我曾渐渐开始懂得人生的意义何在。
摘录了这一段，是Betty写在她毕业前的最后一篇社论里的。没有了先前刻薄、保守的批判，她开始知道MIss Watson想要告诉她们关于真正的解放，关于人生。
My teacher, Katherine Watson, lived by her own definition, and would not compromise that, not even for Wellesley. I dedicate this, my last editorial to an extraordinary woman, who lived by example, and compelled us all to see the world through new eyes. By the time you read this, she'll be sailing to Europe, where I know she'll find new walls to break down, and new ideas to re place them with. I've heard her called a quitter for leaving, an aimless wanderer. But not all who wander are aimless, especially not those who seek truth beyond tradition, be yond definition, be yond the image.
